Is their any way to only make Spell Canceller negate ur opponents spell cards only?

i dont know just use horus lvl8 it lets you chose what spell cards can be activated and got 3000 atk

(tip: use horus lvl8 and jinzo plus amplifire so your opponent cant use magic or trap.)
( also theres this one card that negates the effects of monsters on your opponts side of the field, if you use that u will win easy as long as they dont have exodia)

No. But, I'm not too sure on this, Horus the Black Flame Dragon Lv8 might let you choose which spell cards to negate. Chack the ruling on this. I was never sure.

Get Jinzo. Him and Spell Canceller make a great couple.
