Yes, some of Walt Disney World was invented before Walt Disney passed away. He is the one who "invented" the Magic Kingdom Park at Walt Disney World, and he had the idea for EPCOT. Of coruse, he died before each of these projects was completed, so his brother Roy O. Disney finished out his brothers dreams. When Roy passed away the year Walt Disney World officially opened and Michael Eisner took over the Company and later created the Disney-MGM Studios (now simply known as the Disney Studios) and later Disney's Animal Kingdom Park.
Hope I could help! Good luck with your paper!

Quite a bit of Disney World had been completed by the time Walt Disney died, but he unfortunately did not live to see the grand opening.

Walt Disney picked out the location of Disney World himself. They have the plane that he used to scout on display at the Disney/MGM Studios. I'm not sure if they managed to break ground before he died, though.

Unlike cartoons in the past, Walt DIsney placed his heart in his films. He brought joy to everyone. Even though cartoons are for the underage, many adults enjoyed his films. He got ideas that nobody has. He has the idea that inside every human, there is child wanting to go out. He built Disneyland for his daughter and everyone else. He is one of the people that made America America. He created iconic characters and films.

He was building it all and had models when he started Disneyland back in the 50s.. of course the future part is constantly being changed but the rest was his vision.
