Before sending the acceptance letter, you need to decide if you are going to accept or reject the job offer.

Understand in which job category you will start.
Have an idea of the organisational structure.
Are aware or have agreed on benefits, performance reviews, moving expenses.
Respond as soon as possible.
Acknowledge the employment offer.
Express your gratitude.
Add
If you are sure
Inform your employer that you have accepted their offer.
Inform your employer of the notice period of your current job.
Let the employer know when you are able to start work.
If you are unsure and you need more time
Notify the employer when you will be able to take the decision.

I'm not good at this ether, but I will give you tips from what I learned in school. Make sure its direct and to the point. You should only include relevant information in your acceptance letter. Make sure that your acceptance letter has no grammar errors. This is very important because if your acceptance letter as even 1 error on it, its likely to get denied. Its like a resume, one mistake and its likely to hit the trash can before they even read the rest of it. I would recommend having someone that is smart and well educated to read through it to make sure that your acceptance letter has no errors in it. You can also pay someone to do this, many online sources and places will do it for you for a fee. I also using the more expensive paper then the cheaper computer paper as a greater impact. Make sure all your ideas are organized. Good luck to you on your acceptance letter.

i would start with ,saying acceptance is the answer to all my problems, if you remember that if i accept the places,things, and people, its lot easier to write and it will keep your exceptions lower, no matter what the situation is, serenity is the key word of acceptance
