Well, I used to turn all the clocks ahead 3 hours after my roommate went to bed, including his alarm clock, and then he would wake up at like 3:00 AM, and take a shower, but then he realized it was a prank and would wake me, and we had a good laugh.

Sounds like you need to check out this website. www.
prepaidlegal.com/hub/sarahw_58.
For $35 per month you and your entire family has access to top rated attorneys anywhere in the country. They can definately give you free legal advice, will write a letter on your behalf and will even represent you in court if it goes that far. (all free of charge, with your membership). It also comes with Identity Theft Protection against c/c, tax, social security, drivers license fraud, and much more.I have had this membership for 6 years and trust me, it is worth every penny. It's gotten my husband and I out of traffic tickets, they also wrote a letter on my behalf with a real estate matter, and the list goes on and on. When you get on the website, the contact phone number is listed for the person you need to call so you can get your questions answered,. You will be glad you did
Hope this helps!

Open discussion, that usually works, as long as both of the parties, gives a little bit.
