threading or waxing by a professional ,and fill in the empty spaces with a pencil or shadow with brush ( choose the color carefully)
you can get it temporarily with concealer and/or special covering wax i.e. cover the strays with make up

go to a waxing eyebrow place. my sis did it. shes bout 14
