If it ONLY leaks by the case, I think I would first secure the pan bolts. If they are loose, oil will "wick" from the pan gasket. But don't OVER do it. Too tight can cause damage to the remaining gasket and push it out, allowing a leak to get worse.
If the pan gasket is tight, then look above the case, where the axles are inserted into the transaxle. Does there appear to be transmission fluid leaking from the seals? If so, there is the second most common trans leak. The seals will need replacement.
Not TERRIBLY expensive, probably < $250.00 parts and labor.
