In FIFA 07 its R1 and L1 but i'm not sure about 06.

ya dont have to bend them all ya do is aim the ball where ya want it to go preferably over the wall into the net whare the keeper is not protecting and thed just tap the shoot button now i mean tap the tiniest tap it usually sails over and in
