in marching band, drummers have to crab walk and stay up on our toes almost all the time, plus since i play tenors which is a 40-45 pound drum and have to cross my arms and move really fast all the time AND my arms, legs and hand muscles(we use the entire arm to play tenors) are really weak i need i need some exersices to build all of those muscles for when marching season comes again.

In college, the percussionists used a combination of techniques. They practiced, which I am sure you do. And for every mistake they did push-ups. They might do 10 or 20 push-ups for every mistake. By the end of the season, even if they did goof, you sure wouldn't tell them unless you were the director. Also, they ran laps for mistakes. Mostly it was push-ups. They did lots and were very good at percussion and push-ups.

Well, everyone wants to play the drums, thats why no one makes fun of them. But, where I go to school, you're made fun of if you're in the marching band (or any band) even if you play the drums. People is band get made fum of because unband people don't understand the need to perform or the thrill that you get when you perform in front of a screaming crowd.
