I generally follow one rule: if you're going to wear makeup that is noticeable, play up one feature, and make the others look neutral. For example, if a girl were to do dark, smoky eyes I wouldn't recommend doing dark lipstick as well. You'd look like a clown.

when ppl start guessin that u're older than u really are!
that and...when wearing make up during the day...people shouldnt be able to straight away tell that u're wearing any. a hint of fresh color is fine with a lil mascara or a blck brwn liner (if u have drk eyes only, drk liner doesnt look natural on light eyes) to sexify ur eyes.

If it looks caked on, that's too much. I think it's gross if it looks like you could wipe it off with your finger. I prefer to use my makeup to ENHANCE my natural beauty, not create a whole new person.

If it is day time and your make up is caked on to the point where you can see a line around the person's face; that is too much make up.

i think anything more than eyeliner, mascara and some lip liner or lip gloss is doing the most. i hate liquid makeup !

I dont really wear make up...
but when you can tell youre wearing it, i think its too much!
espicailly when you can see that foundation all caked up!
