OMG...this is fun. Something romantic to do...hummmm...for my anniversary one year I kidnapped my husband for the afternoon. I went to his office with only a trench coat on (clearing throat) and took him to a really beautifully romantic hotel. We had nice music, bottle of champagne, a long stem red rose with a poem attached that I had written for him, candles, small petit fours (like wedding cake in squares), and macadamia nuts (his favorite). We had a nice fireplace and... You know the only thing wrong was that I spent alot of time thinking about this and making it really special and when it was all said and done I thought it would have been nice if he'd been the one to put so much thought into an afternoon together. I think you must be an awesome husband to care so much to want to make this day so special for your wife. I hope she knows how lucky she is!!!

Tell her that you are taking her out to dinner that night to celebrate.. let her wonder.. without her knowing... take her to the dinning room of a nice hotel.. which you would have booked a room there for the night.. after having finished dinner instead of leaving escort her upstairs to the room where you would have ready.. candles.. buy her a nice lingerie.. ( when you're home earlier pack her toothbrush and toothpaste and a change of clothes , or buy her a new outfit ) ..
Have champagne.. flowers.. candy or her favorite kind of cake waiting at the hotel room..turn on some music .. she will be overwhelmed.. Make it a night to remember.. as romantic and memorable as the first day you got married Best of luck

Take her out to a candle light dinner and slow dancing. Leave a trail of flowers from the door to the bedroom where you have her presents. Have candles and romantic music on in the bedroom. Take it from there.

Carriage rides are so romantic! Take her to a place she has never been before for a nice dinner. Have her favorite flowers put on the table with a romantic card. Then go on a carriage ride.

If you live near the beach I suggest you tell her to dress really warm and go at night if you can have a bomb fire at that beach that's super take some wine and food with a blanket and enjoy each other.
