New P.C. can't find my office assistant. tried everything Help?

I have asked before, but no help.

Why do even want it. Clippy is annoying. Go to HELP > Show Office Assistant. Perhaps it wasn't installed originally. Did you ever have it?

From any Office program (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, etc) click HELP on the tool bar, and select SHOW OFFICE ASSISTANT.
