I would probably call out to the waitress, "I need another bowl of chili and hold the finger and the booger this time."
Of course, I would sue the chili out of Wendy's!!

If I had ordered a bowl of chili from Wendys & I found a human finger in it. You bet your bottom button I would definitely sue that resturant.
To begin with that cook should have not let that bowl gone out when the accident happened.

The finger got here upon contained in the chili became surely placed by the lady who claimed to locate it. The finger belonged to her husband's co-worker;he lost the finger in a artwork-appropriate twist of destiny. It became a terrible hoax and fee Wendy's tens of millions of money in lost revenues. At this writing i believe the lady and her husband are serving time in the back of bars.

The finger in Wendy's chili was planted by that woman. The man that lost her finger was her husband's coworker. This situation is over and now some people are thinking that they are never eating at Wendy's again.

For one thing, it's not gonna kill you. Secondly I'd give the finger to the hospital or call EMS or the police to pick it up so that the chances of it being put back on the person are good. Define damages. It sounds like you put alot of detailed thought into this question. I find that rather disturbing.

first of all how did the finger get there wendys dont use any thing sharp to make there chili...second off the guy if he lost the finger would have thrown out the chili...third...i havent seen anything like this in the wendys newletter

Wendy's was getting a bad rap over this story. Come to find out the lady planted the finger herself. She is the one getting sued by Wendy's.
