im pretty sure thjey r mostly sold out.go to gamestop and see if they r sold out and if not,order one

You underestimate the desire for the system. I'll explain it simply:
I was in line 24 hours early to make sure I got one.
I'm very glad I did, or else I would not be having one of these systems.
Oh, an by the way, I live in the deserted Midwest. As in, my town and most of the towns around here are under 1000 people each with the exception of a few major cities [Sioux Falls, Sioux City] and so on. So if they sold out in 10 minutes of the launch in the midwest, they are sold out EVERYWHERE.
So, e-bay [it isn't horribly overpriced, but expect to pay 3~400 for it because that's what they're going for. But relax, if that's too much, they'll at least be having another shipment by Christmas.

Go to your Local game store: EBgames, Gamestop, Rhinos, Etc...and purchase it there. They are sold out currently, and like the person before me, I had to wait 24 hours for it as well. There should be another shipment of them before Christmas, probably in Early December.

I think they are sold out. I am not sure but where i live, they went FAST you might want to try Ebay or something
