Yes. Eminem has currently finished work on his new compilation CD, "The Re-Up," a collection of songs by new Shady artists, including a few new tracks of his own. It will be released this December.
Technically, however, that's not an "Eminem album," per se. Rather, it is a hodgepodge of various artists signed to the Shady record label contributing to one CD, in what is best described as a "collaboration album" designed to promote the new artists, and get Eminem back under the spotlight. I have heard, though, that Eminem IS rumored to be working on a follow-up album to his 1996 independent release, "Infinite," entitled, "Infinite 2." But to my knowledge, that's still unconfirmed. If in fact he does release it, it should be sometime in late-2007, and it will undoubtedly be his farewell album.
