i want to know if u can get the deal online for the pebl and get the pay as u go plan?

If you pay the contract price for the phone, you will have to ride out the contract or pay the cancellation fee. If T-Mo has a phone available on a contract but not on pay as you go, you can buy it outright (usually for around $300!) or try to get one on eBay, as long as it is also T-Mo or unlocked.

The pay as you go phones are more expensive by default because you're not locked into a contract. That's why you can't get the good phones for free like you can on a contract plan since they can guarantee that you're going to be spending at least $30/mo every month for at least a year so they will be able to recoup their costs. The prices of the phones are subsidized in expectation of them making their money back off of you eventually.
