Answer is a) that a positive test charge would move.

Electric field lines from an isolated charge move towards the negative charge , that is outwars from an isolated positive charge and inwards from an isolated negative charge that means if a positive test charge is released it will move along the electric field line , that is positive to negative. So a) is the correct answer.
