Truck no different engine swap?

Okay need to ask for sure... This is a chevy sivlerado 84 v8 is it still better with both engine and tranny at the same time?

Is a bit easier if you do both at same time as there will be less crawling underneath to bolt up the trans etc.

Of course, then you can do all the little crap work that goes with a swap on a bench.
