You did not list the date of the coin you have, so I can not give you a price. They were minted when the Philippines was under U.S. administration, the 1903-1906-S were made of .900 silver and are KM# 168 the 1907-1912-S KM172 were .800 silver. They were minted at the Philadelphia and San Francisco mints. I believe the mint mark is to the left of the date, if any. A lot of the early ones found there way back to the U.S. as collector items or brought back my servicemen stationed there. Some never left the states like the proof issues I bet. Very few of these ended up in Manila bay (ocean) when WW II started. They never went into a river. Of course sea water takes its toll on silver. Very fine examples of common date ones, sell for $9.00 to $15.00. 1906-S is a rare date and sells for $700.00 plus.
