Some sure signs are missing a period. If you want a pregnancy test to make sure go to your local drug store if you cant afford one go to your local planned parenthood center(find one here http://www.plannedparenthood.org/findCenterProcess.asp) they can give you a free test. If you are pregnant you can talk to them about your options(adoption/abortion/keeping the child.).
If you are thinking about abortion:
Here are some things to consider if you are thinking about abortion.

Think about whether or not your answers suggest that abortion might be right for you. The planned parenthood hotline is: 1-800-772-9100. they are there to answer ALL your questions.
Adoption is also an option and so is keeping a child. But if i were your mother id strong suggest abortion. Pregnancy is so hard on your body especially at 13. Now if you ARE NOT pregnant planned parenthood can also give you free birthcontrol.
GOOD LUCK

Sweetie, first if you have a teen health center at your school they will give you a test and not notify your parents. Other than that you need to go get a pregnancy test and take it. The best time to take it is first thing in the morning. If you are it is very important that you sit down with your parents and tell them because you need to get to a doctor as soon as possible. I'm sure your scared to tell your parents, but if you felt like you were old enough to have sex, then you need to be old enough to tell your parents. You need to get to a doctor as soon as possible so that you can discuss your options. I don't know what you are thinking about but you need to realize that this is your decision, not your parents and whatever you decide make sure you are ready to face that decision. Abortion can be tough to deal with afterwards, they normally don't tell you that. Adoption can be a beautiful thing. You can do open adoption, that will let you get updates on your child and some parents let you see your child. Then of course if you keep your child that can be tough also. A child at 14 is not easy. No more having fun with your friends, or getting to do what you have been doing. Waking up every 2-4 hours for the first 3 months then 4-6 hours from 3-6 months, then finally 6-8 hours from 6-9 months. Plus changing diapers all day, and comforting your child when they are cranky or sick. All of this plus you would have to go to school with no sleep to come home and try to do homework as well as take care of your child. This will be everyday of the week. Motherhood doesn't take breaks it is a full time job. 7 days a week, 365 days a year, for the rest of your life. It doesn't end when you child is 18, you are a mother for life. So if you are pregnant, really think about whether you can handle everything. You need to think about the best interest of your child not about what is going to make you feel good. Good Luck!!!

You will know the same way at ANY age. Buy a home test kit follow the directions, an if it reads positive,, uh,, you have “issues”. First issue is telling your Mom,, and/or Dad (not going to be fun) you have pretty much screwed up your adolescence now you are going to be making some very ADULT decisions whether you are ready or not. Abort, Adopt, keep the child and raise it. There is no “right answer” every choice has life altering consequences, choose carefully. 3rd issue,, were you NOT paying attention in sex education? and/or didn’t your Mother explain before now how women get P.G.?? 4th issue? Sex does not equate to love. So if you’re engaging in sex thinking “this is love and/or I’m loved”,, way wrong!! sex=sex period. Get yourself on B.C. !! And, pickup a good book on sex and love-read-understand so even if you aren’t P.G. this won’t happen again.
Think life’s tough at 13??,, it’s even tougher when you’re P.G!!
Wish you all the luck, you'll need it..

Same as you would if you're pregnant at any age. You go to the doctor and get a pregnancy test (they're more reliable than home pregnancy tests).
Do a Google search on Planned Parenthood in your area; it sounds like you could use some support.
Don't listen to those hateful comments on this posting. Not everyone is going to judge you the way they are (as if they actually know you and all of your circumstances). Good luck to you.

The same way you know you're pregnant at any other age. Breast tenderness, food cravings, sensative nose, possible sickness, fatigue, frequent urination, missed period of course. Get a pregnancy test. The ones at the dollar store are just as accurate as any other test you can get. I KNOW!!

Missed period, breast tenderness, moody, craving weird food. If you are having these symptoms you need to go to a school counselor and talk to them. They may be able to provide you with a pregnancy test. If not, you should be able to go to your local health department and get one. If it turns out that you are pregnant, you need to talk to your mom right away. If you wait too long then some options may not be available to you.

I hope that if you are pregnant it ruins your life as much as it will ruin your child's life to have a 13 year old promiscuous mother.
Are you illiterate? No? are you mentally ill? No? Then why did you not use a condom....?
