Time AWAY from the person. No contact, no text, no i miss you. Nothing. The fact is you have to get it in your head that unfortunately there may be so many factors that say you can get back together or that you have a chance because he or she still wants to talk all the time and treat it as though ya'll aren't broken up. But it's not going to happen. It's over. It's not the person you are going to spend your life with. SO, it's better to have nothing to do with them and move on.

I know it is a cliche but time heals the most...but I do have to throw this quote in because I thought it was funny and clever...I think it is from One Tree Hill or some show like that but the mother caught herself telling her teenager this...the best way to get over someone is to get under someone else...and then she got embarrassed and said...did I just say that? LOL
