Anyways im a junior in high school. i really like this one girl, but shes a freshman. I know it doesn't seem like a big deal, but I'm probably getting a scholarship to whatever college im going to so i would only be home for another year.

Let me start by saying she is absolutely beautiful and fun to talk to and be around. sorry if it sounds like im not being more proactive, but im just kinda confused on what i should do?

it sounds like you like her a lot. i say go for it! the worst she could say is no. but then again, would you rather she said no, or you not know at all if she wants to go out with you? also, what college would you be going to? maybe if it's near enough, you could go home and visit her. also, if you can't visit her, because of distance, or just plain being too busy, then you two could try to keep up a relationship while you're in college, and she's in high school. but that depends on whether or not you all can stand to not see each other for a week or two weeks or 3 months, or more at a time. i've been with my current boyfriend, for a year and two and a half months. we live 2 hrs apart, and i haven't seen him since aug.. the longest i've gone without seeing him is 3 months, but now, the longest is probably going to be 4 months. but we call, text, email, write letters, etc.. if you can do stuff like that, and stand to be without her for extended periods of time, then go for it. but still anyway, whether or not you're going off to college in another year, i still say go for it.

you should go out with her if u really like her. most high school relationships wont last for more than a year and a half anyways, but if in any case yours does, after a year and a half you should be able to trust each other long enough to last through a long distance relationship
