I just did the liver cleanse by Dr. Hulda Clark. There were no complications, but the morning after I did the cleanse, I couldn't identify any stones in the bowel movement. Could someone experienced tell me a possible problem scenario? Im not exactly sure WHY I didnt get any stones out.

Janet,

I spent over $50 building the zapper which is suppossed to eliminate parasites before doing a liver cleanse. I also had dental work done before the cleanse. I understood that Hulda Clarks liver cleanse recipe was a "true cleanse", and it was also recommended by one of my doctors. I attempted to cleanse to eliminate my shoulder pain, and to eliminate my allergies as well. I also work in a natural foods store, and I heard her cleanse is very effective. I'm not certain of the problem.

Several possibilities here. One is that you didn't have any gallstones. Another is that they are too small to detect. (Pretty yucky business.) Here's a link to read more about the cleanse, where she says you must remove all parasites before doing: http://www.curezone.com/cleanse/liver/huldas_recipe.asp

Why did you do this cleanse? Were you experiencing pain in the gall bladder region? Many people have reported pain relief from drinking a quart of apple juice daily. There is a gallstone cleanse recipe circulating that specifies drinking a quart of apple juice every day for 3 days before using the lemon juice & oil cleanse.

This cleanse is specific for gall bladder/digestive problems. A true liver cleanse will contain milk thistle seed extract, buplurum, dandelion root and burdock root, or herbs with similar actions.

first of all, the cleanse really doesn't produce stones. those that do produce stones are the ones that repeat until all the olive oil and lemon juice ect, buildup in their systems.

if anyone told you about 'liver stones', it's comepletly false. the liver does not have stones in it. now, the bilary tract that resides in the liver can produce stones that can block the gallbladder.

if you think about how our body works, our intestines already do the 'cleansing' for us. that is what it is there for.

i have known many who tried all sorts of ways to 'cleanse'. basically your purging your body and not only cleansing out the bad stuff, but along with it, the stuff that is supposed to be there!

i have seen many end up in ER rooms because they have stripped the natural protective enzymes and bacterias found in the intestine resulting in a very horrifying infection of the bowels.

my suggestion to you is this,

drink plenty of water, add lemon for taste. this will cleanse the body without stripping the good stuff.

again...if you had no stones, keep it that way. dont fall victim to the practice of ingesting olive oil just so olive oil comes out.

not good.

First, there's no such thing as Liver Stones. Gall stones, kidney stones but not liver.

To do a really good systemic cleanse naturally, drink lots and lots of water for three days. Water is a natural diuretic. You'll lose weight, feel better, look better. Then keep drinking lots of water to maintain your health.

Knowing the symptoms would be handy.
I have been thru a lot of therapies over the years and I have come to the conclusion that you have to get back to basics as outlined by Hippocrates.
I would find a good practitioner especially one who uses a good diagnostic tool like the Listen Orion.
I have been on the oil diet to expel stones but I think there are better ways
