Hope this helps you out:
6-Step (also called DownRock):
This is the basis of bboyin. It's the thing people do when they first hit the floor. It looks like yer sitting
there with your legs flying around you.
Like the name says, it has six steps.
These instructions are for doing the move counter-clockwise, as are most moves.
To start, get in the position like you would to do a push up, but with your feet spread about 2 or so feet apart.
Step 1: Lift your right hand, and move your left where your hand used to be.
Step 2: Move your right leg forward so your knees are close, but keep your left leg where it is.
Step 3: Pull your left leg in as your right leg stays where it is.
Step 4: Swing your right leg in a WIDE arc kinda like how peeps do that coffee grinder thing Switch hands, so now you're right hand is down, left hand up. Keep your right leg swinging around.
Step 5: Your right leg swings around and wraps around your left. You have your face down and both hands on the floor. Extend your left leg first, then your right leg. This is important to making it look right.
Step 6: Now you're in the starting position, continue with step 1
That's how the 6-step is done. You'll see it often referred to in other moves such as mini flare, swipes, and other stuff.
You will start most moves from the 6-step. All the power moves that you do on the ground (except flares) can only be started from 6-step and look good.
Some Moves from 6-step: Mini Flares/Baby Flares-This is kind of a half flare. All you do is swing both feet up in front of you like a flare, on step 2. Lots of people dont know how this ends up, but its simple. Both feet go back around you and you end up in step 4/5. Windmills can be put in on step 2
Helicopter
Hey peeps! This move is called the coffee grinder, or helicopter, or ball and
chain, or anything else that peeps call it. Anyway this has to be like one of
the easiest moves in my opinion. The only thing is that you gotta be sorta
flexible.
1. Sit on the ground with your left leg bent, and your sitting on the heel. And your right leg is straight out in front of you, and your hands are on the ground on each side of you.
2. Lift up your left leg and left hand, and at the same time swing your right leg in a circular motion to your left side, under your hand and leg.
3. Bring your right leg underneath your body in a circle motion, then put your left hand and leg back down and lift up your right hand. Bring your right leg around under your right hand and then back to the starting position.
4. Repeat steps 1-3 as many times as you want.
You should do this move in your 6-step or something to make it look kool. You can get a kool stall out of this move. When you bring your right leg over to your left side grab the ankle with your left hand and hold it for a few seconds, then go back into the helicopter.

Another description:
1 crouch on 1 leg and stick the other out straight with your hands on the floor in front of you.
2 bring the straight leg around in front of you.
3 move your hands up when the leg comes under and put them back down.
4 jump over the straight leg with the crouched one.

Three Man Helicopter by p-body:
the helicopter is easy as ****. you can do a three man or a two man. for a
three man just get a stubby person with a lanky person on his shoulders.
the lanky person sticks out their feet and a short ( light weight ) person
grabs his ancles. the short person runs circles while the stubby person
rotates in place. before you know it everyone except stubby is flying . if
your a beginner you can't do the two man so i want even try to explain.

Hey my best answer to you is to check out local dance arenas or maybe the boys on the block since elements of dances gone by are still adapted today or just ask an older relative who you think may have some moves still.Good luck!!!!!!!!
