I know there is spyware that you can put on your computer yourself to see where others are going on line, how can you find out if its on your computer already?

try some programs like Lavasoft Adaware SE Personal

and try to find out what are they doing ...

That's the reason it's called "spyware". In order to see if someone installed a program you can run restore and check thru the calendar and see if anything unfamiliar has been installed, go to the control panel and do the same. If you know what you're looking for you can go into the regedit and look for the initilization program for the spyware

Most adaware or virus programs will pick it up. Get spybot from http://www.safer-networking.org/ . Run a free online scan at http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

It should also show up in your running processes. To look there click on CTRL+ALT+DELETE all at the same time. A small window will pop up. Click on processes. You will have to google anything that looks suspicious.

assuming that you don't know and your nature of your questing knowing your age would help so you don't by pass your parents security sorry but no one will tell you for this reason
