In some countries the doctors use to move down the head of the little penis of the baby boys and clean it up but in here in London they don't do it, so what do you think about it? thanks

For an uncircumcized baby boy, when they first come home from the hospital, the foreskin is still intact. My dr told me with both of my boys to gently push back on the skin with each bath. It won't come completely back at first. It will slowly, with time, make it's way all the way back. After it gets able to come all the way back, clean under the skin at each diaper change with a mild soap and warm water. Don't forget to pull the foeskin back over the glans(head) when you are done. I have 2 boys the aren't circumcized and I am glad my hubby and I made that decision.

If youre boy is not circumsized then yes pull back the foreskin and clean underneath it with soap and water. Do this often when you change diapers and give him a bath until he is old enough where u can teach him to clean it properly himself

"Do you know me" says it best. Any other questions please ask your doctor.
