sin(4π/12) = sin(π/3) = sin(60°) = √3/2

sin(π/12) = sin(π/6/2) = √((1-cos(π/6))/2) = √((1-√3/2)/2)
= √((2-√3)/4 = √(2-√3)/2 = sin(30°)

4pi/12 = pi/3

This is 60 degrees, and the sin of this is rt(3)/2

sin(pi/12) = .258819....
