how do i go about starting an assisted living in baltimore, md?

You might want to contact the MD State Dept. of Health. Licensing Division, and/or other assisted living facilities in Baltimore and ask if they would mind visiting with you and sharing information.

Go to one of the assited living places and tell them your interest in it and they can tell you what you need to do from there. Every place has different rules and paperwork that they would like. Tell your doctor you want to go to an assit living place and they can sometimes recommend places for you that they like better.
