My husband has an illegimate child while still bounded by the marriage. Which is the most appropriate legal action to take at this point of time.

First off lets get rid of that nast term il;legigitamate. How would that make you feel. Second of all your question is not very clear. What is it that you are trying to accomplish. Obviously he is still married to you shame on him. I would tell the childs mom to go after your husband for support as for you I suggest you get some manners.

paternity test! If it's his kid then he should take care of it or you could adopt it
