Nether animal will eat the other one. They are both cold blooded creatures there for will most likely not be aggressive with each other. The problem is that they both have their own bacteria’s that can be harmful to the other animal, especially the iguana. Never mix species of reptiles. Spend the time and money to get a separate set up.

Ball Python palms down. I labored for a whilst at an Iguana rescue location, and sure, you might get somewhat extra interplay with an Iguana, but not all that interplay is going to be high-quality. They may be able to be very aggressive for no apparent cause, and come breeding season they're aggressive all the time. That, paired with their gigantic size, makes for a lovely dangerous first reptile. I would with the python, beginning with the scale back maintenance animal is on the whole fine when figuring out if reptiles are really your thing. If a couple of years down the line after taking good care of some other reptiles and you have accomplished tons of study and nonetheless want an Iguana, go for it. But i would wait till then, given that they're a ton of work, daily. There are other significant lizards which might be a lot simpler to hold and have nicer inclinations, i might study probably the most smaller monitors (smaller than a Savannah) and tegus if I were you.

Ball Python hands down. I labored for a mutually as at an Iguana rescue place, and particular, you may get somewhat greater interplay with an Iguana, yet not all that interplay is going to be friendly. they'd be very aggressive for no obvious reason, and are available breeding season they are aggressive each and all the time. That, paired with their huge length, makes for a quite risky first reptile. i could start up with the python, beginning with the decrease upkeep animal is in all probability ultimate while determining if reptiles are somewhat your difficulty. If some years down the line after looking after another reptiles and you have finished quite some examine and nonetheless choose an Iguana, decide for it. yet i could wait till then, because of the fact they seem to be a ton of artwork, each and daily. There are different super lizards that are lots much less complicated to maintain and have nicer tendencies, i could examine particularly some the smaller reveal screen instruments (smaller than a Savannah) and tegus if I have been you.

No, you cannot mix the two. You'll end up with a very fat, very full ball python. Also, they have different requirements in terms of heat, humidity, space, feeding, etc.
Iguanas are a lot of work to care for, they can't just go into a snake cage. A lot of iggies end up in rescues, because their owners are not prepared for the huge amount of work and sometimes money involved. Please read the link below if you are seriously looking into getting an iggy. Your iggy will thank you! :)

If you don't want the iguana anymore, you can.
The snake will kill the iguana. Unless the iguana is large, then it might go the other way. Either way, one of them will die if you put them together.

You should never mix and match any reptiles. If you want an iguana, consider a set-up for it.
