For now yes. There was the UN resolution that called for a cease fire ,so Hezbollah stopped firing rockets at Israel and Israel stopped attacking Lebanon and withdraw all its troops from Southern Lebanon...The Israeli troops were replaced by UN troops, lead by the French and soldiers from the Lebanese army...which created a buffer zone...
Since September since the end of the conflict,Israel is still breaking it regularly by violating Lebanon's air space. They even simulated an attack on the UNIFIL,and the French troops almost opened fire over the Israeli jet...but luckily nothing happened...
But the 2 Israeli soldiers, for which this whole conflict started, are still in captivity and it seems that there are negotiations going on for a prisoners exchange...

Israel agreed to a ceasefire with supervision by the UN and the Lebanese army. The Hisb'Allah agreed but violated the terms immediately.

The Hisb'Allah have returned to their former positions and have rearmed. The UN and Lebanese army are totally ineffective. Israel is using unarmed aircraft to do the job of monitoring that the UN and Lebanese Army are committed to doing but refuse to do.
