try going to the maufactures website they should have the driver(makes a device run on the computer) usually when you connect hardware to your computer windows will let you know you have hardware connected but no driver and will connect you to the internet to find it

go to the manufacturer's website and look for SUPPORT section.
Download the appropriate driver.

or simply use an engine search like google or yahoo.
