No. Just as long as it is not overly done.
But otherwise, most girls look fab with makeup on. They appear more radiant and often more confident too.

I think it depends on the type of guy and the type of makeup.
These are my turn-offs with regard to makeup:
Anything applied in super heavy quantities that makes you look like a painted lady. This level of application should be reserved for photography.
Heavy lipstick as it starts rubbing on to the teeth and makes me afraid to receive a kiss. My grandmother does this, and after she would kiss any of us, we'd all looking to get the lipstick off. Other guys I know have an image of a crazy aunt when they see this.
Lipstick at too high a brightness contrast for your skin. This is another Pavlovian response for me, and probably different for alot of guys. For me, if I see a white girl with bright, bright red lipstick, the very first thought that strikes me is "trailer-trash" or "gold-digger". Just my experience. However, I have seen that same color on other skin types, such as highly tanned, cuban, and black; that works just fine. I think lipstick color today should be as personalized as possible.
Any visible indication of foundation is an instant turn off for me. I don't know why. I know girls who tell me they use foundation, and I had no idea it was there. I think someone said at the jawline, but I look for it in the cheeks.
Eyeliner is a tricky bit. A gal at my office uses a dark eyeliner to extend the curve of her eyes by drawing past the real curve. That doesn't work for me, but her boyfriend doesn't seem to mind. There is this girl I am seriously attracted to who works nearby. She uses eyeliner to enhance the contract of her eyes by just following the line of the eye.

Some guys don't like make up, but I don't think most guys really give it any thought unless the girl has on way too much. They want their girl to look pretty and if that requires a little make up then I think they're ok with it.

if there is too much, absolutely...especially if you can see the line of foundation around the jawline...i think my wife is absolutely gorgeous when she wears no make up and even when she does it's only a light foundation and mascara...too much make up is like trying to dress up a beat up, old car with a fresh coat of paint; you just can't hide some things! :)

well, i dont think most guys like the look like youra circus clown with brihgt greens and blues for makeup,, but if it looks natrual and neutral then they do like that because it shows your pure beauty!!

a little is ok, but women who cake it on the second they get up in the morning are tragic. this is a case of less is more.

if you paint yourself up to look like a prostitute, yes it would turn off a lot of men.

it all depends on youre skin type and how much of it you put on.i think always less is more.
