You can achieve the perception of wider-set eyes by applying a darker shadow to the outer 1/3 of your eye lid. This creates a focal point that is actually wider apart than the iris of your eyes. When applying liquid or pencil eyeliner, accent only the outer corners of your eye...the same outer 1/3 of your eye that you've applied the darker color to. Since your eyes are rounder, I would apply liner to the upper lash line only as darkness under the eye can tend to draw the eye downward.

Also, try applying blush/highlighter in a "C" motion - along the cheek area, around the eye toward the temple.

Remember, what you're trying to do is make the impact toward the outer portions of your eye.

i would still apply ur eye liner to the bottom eye lid.. but make sure its in the inner rim and not below ur eye lashes. if u would like to use liquid eye liner u can also apply it on ur top lid right on ur eye lashes. it will make ur nice round eyes pop and noticeable. u can use any color shadows. it really doesn't matter.
Good luck and Have a nice day!

don't EVER close your eyes in--by applying liner all the way.
May a V-shape ( <- ->) on the outside corners of your eyes.
Also, IF you wear shadow--don't EVER apply all the way to your nose, but go from halfway of your eyes- to outside and UP a little.
Be sure to blend that.

to make them look wider, you apply an eyeshadow close to your skin color, and the eyeliner: go a little farther than how wide your eyes are; apply one or two coats of mascara.
