it can't be possible because human gene and monkey genes are 90% similar. So it would be impossible for 10% of the genes to switch to human genes. the human gene is 30,000,000,000 nucleotides; one percent is 300,000,000. imagine 3,000,000,000 necleotides being changed

Genetic evolution is a slow process. Man's evolution from the higher primates took several million years. It takes a very long time, but natural selection will eventually favor species more capable of surviving and reproducing. In this case, it was humanity's ability to adapt and learn that got us through prehistory.

Actually, chimps DNA is 98.5% similar to that of humans. But we only needed to change 1/2 of 1.5% as the chimp did the other 1/2 of 1.5% change evolving from our common ancestor.
(Anyone else is getting tired of all those creationists challenging evolution with increasingly absurd arguments?)

It's almost a fact that we did evolve from monkeys because we are almost like them and i thnk they have found some genes or chromosones that are alike between humans and monkeys. We even look alike, don't we.

the monkeys of today are not the monkeys we came from. they are the monkeys that evolved from some other monkey that we also evolved from but they took a separate path at some point.
