I'm not too sure about cruises here, but you should speak to a travel agent and they will inform you on everything you need and want to know! Good luck;)

I'm assuming you mean big boats with swimming pools and things?

There are companies that send cruise ships to SA waters in Summer but you can also take a trip on a Big White. SAF Marine have a handful of en suite rooms available for passengers traveling.

You could try them.

South Africa is still a very conservative country, I would suggest sticking to places where cruising is generally tolerated, like Hampstead Heath in London.
