no...periods is basically your uterus' wall shedding off if you don't become pregnant. the cramps is basically when the wall is being shed. you need to see the evidence of blood and tissue as that is what a period is.

What? Y would u think that u have to break out to have ur period? Ur not having a period unless u r bleeding. Check this site.
