For my anniversarie present my girlfriend says she is going to treat me to a full makeover i don't want to upset her my rejecting but if i do will it affect my credibility as a male???

Why would that affect your credibility as a male? They're not going to put makeup on you! Be secure enough in your manhood to know that a little pampering doesn't lessen your machismo!
