I am 21 weeks pregnant with a little girl. My question is why don't I feel her move more. I mean I feel her but when I saw her ultrasound I could see her moving and I only felt a little of it. Also when listening to her heartbeat we can her her moving but I don't feel it. Doctor hears her moving*. doc says everything is good and healthy. Is it a timing thing?

As long as your are feeling her move everything's fine. At the moment she's quite small and there's a lot of fluid for her to wriggle around in. As she gets bigger and there is less space you will feel her move more and believe me you will long for the days when she only moved occasionally. My second daughter was particularly fond of waiting until I was just about to sleep before she decided to give an almighty kick, not that she ever stopped fidgetting. My eldest once kicked that cat off my stomach in the middle of the night. I'd never seen a cat move so fast.

It's wonderful, comforting and exciting to feel your baby move, don't worry, you'll be doing it a lot over the next 20 weeks!

I couldn't feel my son until the day after my fifth month ultrasound. One day he just started moving and didn't stop until he was born. It was hard for me to tell at first that I was feeling the baby, but you will know. Maybe you have alot of fluid. I think I did.

It's a timing thing. She may be moving a lot when you are asleep, so you don't notice so much during the day. As she gets bigger and has less room, you'll feel her more and more.

Congratulations and good luck!

You might be feeling it and passing it of as gas. But give it a few more weeks and ou are sure to feel it. Eat something sweet and within 15 to 20 minutes you will feel your baby move.....try it!

Congratulations!!!!

An old saying, Doctor knows best. If the doctor thinks everything is good then i would stop worrying.I believe she is getting plenty nutrients and is sleeping and resting well. Good luck to both of you.

My guess would be that she's your 1st. congrats! But with your 1st you don't ytpically feel movement until around the 20th week...so your right on schedual. just be patient soon you'll feel every little poke. As you have more children you'll feel movement sooner b/c your uterus is more stretched out and you can feel it sooner but since she's your 1st you are as stretched yet.

It depends on when she moves. If she moves when you're sleeping you will not feel it. Plus as you go farther into your pregnancy you will feel it more. Especially with twins =X
Hah!
