It comes up whenever there is an error on a page. Is it just an advertisement scam or is it a decent page which you can use??

Stay away from System Doctor. It's a piece of malware and will install a lot of nasty stuff on your computer. If you want to ensure your computer is clean, may I recommend either Ad-Aware, Spybot: S&D or Windows Defender. All are free and excellent bits of software:

This site uses malicious code to try and download SystemDoctor in your computer. SystemDoctor is made by the makers of WinFixer, WinAntivirus, and ErrorSafe. It's all pretty much the same program. Don't ever visit any of those sites! You could become infected!

when you access Systemdoctor .com, a pop-up will give you a notice telling that you must install their product to fix problems in your Windows registry(Don't ever agree to install it).After you are in their website your webbrowser(Internet Explorer, Firefox and etc.) will be resized to hide the RED Mcafee Siteadvisor icon!

SystemDoctor 2006 is a fake anti-spyware program that is often downloaded and installed by a Trojan or through browser security holes. SystemDoctor 2006 launches on Windows startup and may generate large numbers of popup adverts. SystemDoctor also displays notifications of imaginary security risks in its attempt to get the user to purchase the full version. Removing SystemDoctor 2006 can prove to be extremely difficult as it continues to recreate itself.

This site is some what similar to winfixer.com. The pop up automatically starts downloading it no matter what you choose.
The best thing to do is press Ctrl Alt Delete and force quit internet browser.

If you have the new mcaffee siteadvisor it would not let you into the site or the old one would warn you its a free download from http://www.siteadvisor.com/download/ie.html
