Not unles you are very rich or the company is run along very bad business lines.
Book publishing is expensive, so would recommend you look into making a nice printing and binding of the book for your friend.
You may find some of these corporate print shops might be able to help you out with a high quality digital print with a decent binding.

You can design it on a mac computer using iPhoto software (comes free with the machine). You organize it on the computer, send it digitally to Apple through the internet and recieve a beautiful professionally bound book at a resonable price.
