Its a combination of all three, sometimes parents don't have time to raise their children so they just turn on the tv or internet and let it do their job. Kids are being exposed to the adults world in which they are not ready for. Especially girls and that's why they end up pregnant in the teens and early 20s.

most kids are self centererd and only what to do what THEY want to do. Yes, internet and tv have alot to do with it. They need to treat others as THEY would like to be treated.
