My daughter married a hispanic who is here legally all they needed where legal documents greencard and her birth certificate to get the marriage license

Best thing to do is get married in Mexico and then deal with the immigration paperwork. A marriage over there is just as valid as a marriage here.

depends on what state you're marrying in. you will both need identification. does your partner have an id from the mexican consulate or their mexican passport or their mexican driver's license or votor registration card. that's all they should need. that's all my wife needed.

If this is for the USA, all the documents to make him/her a legal alien in this country and then whatever your church or state requires

don't need none their mostly all illegal anyways. Got for it. Just have to say "SI" when asked if you take her as your bride.

why bother? let em' get citizenship the normal way. if it is that important to them , they will get it ...then ask you for marriage.
