for a xbox360 do u have to put batteries for the wireless controler

Yes I think so, PS3 wireless controller is better it comes out a USB lead and you charge it into the console and has tilt sensor or something Rather.

But it is cool, whatever you choose I am not a fanboy or in my case a fangirl lol I respect peoples console beliefs :P

The Wireless Controller uses a battery pack. It comes with 2 AA Batteries. However, you can purchase rechargeable battery packs through the Play & Charge Kit, by themselves, or you can get 2 with one of the many Quick Charge kits available.

This is much better than Sony's PS3 because you can pop in another battery pack and continue playing, or if you run out of packs, just through in 2 AA's to continue on. Options... Also, these batteries, like all Lithium batteries, will degrade over time. So, you don't have to buy a new controller once the battery starts crapping out. Just get another pack...
