I noticed when i eat salty food, my vision becomes clearer. So do you think i should eat more salty food. I'm afraid of having high blood pressure if i eat too much of salty food.

Before you seek any advice on how to balance your electrolytes, you should get your electrolytes checked. Have your doctor run a chemistry profile first. Sometimes, drinking a lot of fluids is your body's way of telling you that you need more fluids. Sometimes, it's a sign of a serious problem, though this is rare so don't get freaked out. Get more informed, and see your physician.

You haven't said anything about food. most of the electrolytes we get come from food, water is no substitute for eating healthy,

drink pedialyte. when you sweat you lose more than just water, you lose your electrolyes too. pedialyte works very good.
