Mr.=Mister(Used for men)
Mrs.=Mistress / pronounced "missus" (Used for married women)
Ms.= Miss/Miz(Used both for married as well as unmarried women)
M/s= Messers(For name of any company like M/s.john Daley and sons)
Mistress=basically means a married woman,but in colloquial use,it is used to denote an illegally"kept"woman,also called a "keep".

I think Ms. Can be either Miss or Mistress.. Its just used when ur not sure of the person's status

(1)Ms :- no full form. pronounced as miz. this coinage is of recent origin to eliminate denoting the marital status of a woman by miss/ mrs which was in vogue,of which mr.for men is devoid of. (2) Mrs.:- This denotes a married woman, and common address is with surname of husband.eg.Mrs.Johnson.Pronounced as missus,'r' silent.(3) Mr:- This is pronounced as mister to denote a male and is used with surname.Equivalent:mouscier in French. (4) M/S :- This is pronoununced as messers,to denote an association of persons,a partnership or corporate body /company.eg.M/S Wipro Ltd., M/S Paul & Co.,M/s Tata sons, etc. Often even when the structure is not known,a trade name is denoted by this.eg.M/S Samson Stores.(5) Mistress :- This is a unique word, Till 19th century , it was used as the feminine gender of master,denoting the lady of the house.Later on, the word acquired a sinister meaning in usage to denote a female,who has illicicit relation with a married man as his paramour or concubine.
