A good source for employees would be the local Association for Retarded Citizens. Many developmentally disabled people make great domestic workers.

It would be much better to tap this resource than the illegal alien workforce. Working with the ARC would insure you are hiring US citizens.

Check out your local MRDD (Mental Retardation/Developmental Disabilities). There are many higher-functioning adult who can quickly become prized employees, and you'd be helping your community. Never underestimate the "disabled".
