Dead fish,fish eggs,and clean the bottom.
They will also eat the food fed to the fish.
Sometimes if they are hungry enough they have been known to feast on even live fish if they can catch them.

most crabs (in tanks) are scavangers and will eat anything they can get their claws on such as fish waste, left over fish food, other weaker crabs, slow moving fish, whatever they can grab and eat.
