dry skin brushing is the most effective way of ridding cellulite. Do it before you shower in the morning. Always brushing in the direction of the heart, it get the lymphatic system working which rids you of all the nasty toxins that build up and cause cellulite. You can buy one of those brushes from Boots or body shop. It also leaves your skin feeling lovely and smooth

I am so busy with my 5 kids (all under 8 years old!) and I hate exercising and dieting, life's too short! So I thought the only option for getting rid of my ugly cellulite was to book in with a set of weekly medical roller treatments. Job done.

However, they cost me a monstrous $3000 and, you guessed it, did absolutely nothing. I couldn't believe it. It left me thoroughly depressed.

I saw this info on the web and I gave it a go, what did I have to lose now! And, my god this is genius. Quick and easy. I feel so wonderful in my new, smooth, renewed figure! I am a yummy mummy now!

Cellulite Disappear?

Cellulite can be cured by a qualified therapist who knows how to deliver deep, detoxifying massage to the area. There is no QUICK SELF HELP FIX BUT........

Detoxifying the inside you need to eat a whole grain diet, remove caffeine, give up smoking and take regular exercise.

Detoxifing the outside you can massage the following blends of oils into your ce;;ulite twice a day for atleast two months before seeing an improvment.

They dont cost much and you can buy them from your health shop

To make a good anticellulite blend:- Mix 3 drops Juniper, 4 drops Lemon and 3 drops Fennel into 20 mililitres (4 teaspoons) of sweet almond oil. and massage into area twice daily

Good luck

Exercise, avoid empty carbs (like sugar and white flour), and drink water.

Don't waste money on those "anti-cellulite" creams and medications....they do nothing.

Not much you can do from the outside. Exfoliate and moisturize to keep your skin healthy, but cellulite is fat underneath the skin.

Some people say that massage can help to break it up, but I've never tested it.

You know what can help? Not worrying about it. Exercising & toning may help & limiting high fat/sugar foods. There's more to you & your body than scrutinizing your skin. Be comfortable in the skin your in! Confidence is appealing I've heard said!

grapefruit is supposed to be good on the inside and buffing your problem areas with a flannel can help too.
