Definitely a racist.
I don't care if he "had a breakdown" or was drunk or anything. Either way whatever he really thinks and who he really is made it to the surface. Clearly he is racist, there's no way of getting around the things he said. The things he said make me sick.
Also, the fact that he apologized just a few days after is ridiculous. You can always tell someone is just trying to protect their own good and their own reputation when they apologize so soon after the event. There is no way his opinions could change that quickly.

I think he was out of his mind saying what he said,but you never know he might have had a rough day or maybe he just had a melt down.Well whatever it was, he should have never said that.
