You know, you could've saved 5 of your points by just asking, "Are you stressed at work?? What is your main cause of stress at work??"...but oh well, too late now.

Time pressure. I am a single mother and have almost no flexibility with respect to overtime. I must carry the same load as people who have more flexibility, and must do so within the confines of 9 to 5.
